Learning in Toddler

What we nurture in the Toddler room.

  1. 01

    Confident Little Movers

At Cherubs, we nurture your toddler’s growing independence through movement. Whether it’s running, climbing, or dancing, every step builds strength, balance, and joyful confidence.

  2. 02

    Little Voices, Big Meaning

We cherish every word, sound, and giggle. Through daily conversations, storytelling, and song, your toddler’s language begins to bloom as they learn to express their needs and feelings.

  3. 03

    Big Feelings, Safe Hearts

Toddlers experience big emotions, and we’re here to help them feel safe and understood. Our educators gently guide them through sharing, turn-taking, and forming their first friendships.

  4. 04

    Growing Independence

From helping with simple routines to recognising their emotions, toddlers at Cherubs are supported to build a sense of self, responsibility, and well-being in a nurturing environment.

For parents

What our parents can expect.

  1. 01

    Encouraging independence

Our toddlers are given gentle guidance to make choices about their play, meals, and routines—building confidence through simple self-help skills like feeding themselves and washing hands.

  2. 02

    Imaginative play & role exploration

We nurture imagination with thoughtfully set-up dramatic play areas—mini kitchens, doctor kits, and more—so children can explore real-life roles in playful, meaningful ways.

  3. 03

    Expanding little voices

Language and early literacy come alive through rich conversations, storytelling, and song. Children begin experimenting with sounds, words, and early mark-making in an environment that listens and responds.

  4. 04

    Sensory adventures

Sand, water, paint, and textured materials await curious hands. We offer messy, joyful experiences that support creativity, fine motor skills, and sensory development.

  5. 05

    Friendship & shared play

Toddlers are just beginning to connect with peers. Our educators support this stage with parallel and cooperative play, gently guiding children to build trust, empathy, and early social awareness.
